Pastor Raffa and Argentina Rios were both born in the city of Torreon, Coah. MX they met each other at New Jerusalem Church of Torreon where they served in the Praise and Worship Ministry. In 1997 they both graduated from the first generation of the Bible Institute “ Pescadores de Hombres” (Fishers of Men) founded by Ray and Robin Posgay who is also their spiritual parents. Raffa and Tina received their Diploma of Theological studies in a joint diploma issued by the Bible Institute and Oral Roberts University in Tulsa, OK.  

     In March, 1998 Raffa and Tina were married and began serving as directors of the Bible Institute until they moved to Texas City Texas where they lived for 2 years. In the year 2000 they were ordained into the ministry by Bishop Delbert Herrin and Christ Church Fellowship. They served as pastors of the Hispanic ministries and church “Puerta al Cielo” (Door to Heaven). In 2002 they returned to Mexico to plant the church they now pastor, Oasis of Faith. In addition, they are both bi-lingual and serve as translators to many of their American visitors.  Raffa excels in his gift of praise and worship and Tina is anointed in intercession.  God has gifted them both with leadership and the ministry of preaching and teaching.   

       Raffa and Tina have 3 children, Isaac, Hannah and Rebeca. They have ministered in more than 15 states in the U.S. as well as in the nation of Haiti which is now a part of their Apostolic and Ministerial call. With the effort in Haiti, they also provide spiritual covering to 8 “Oasis de la Foi” churches (Creole translation for Oasis of Faith) as well as more than 50 ministers.

      Pastor Rafael received his commission to the office of the Bishop and Pastor Argentina to the office of the Prophet in November of 2007. They maintain their base of operations in the church “Oasis de Fe” (Oasis of Faith) in Torreon, where they serve as Senior Pastors.

Manuel & Eva Rincon
 Assistant  Pastors
 

Assistant Pastors Manuel and Eva Rincón have a powerful testimony of change and transformation in Christ. Having walked with the Lord for more than 20 years, they have worked in several areas and served as Deacons and Teachers among others. Sister Eva have a degree as an elementary teacher and junior high education specializing in language and literature.

They both began to collaborate in the Church at the end of 2002, and received their ministerial ordination in Oasis of Faith. In October of year 2003, they were anointed by our Bishop, Delbert Herrin, and started collaborating as assistants pastors.
 
Among many of their qualities their faithfullness and commitment to the vision is evident. With their God given wisdom and counseling, have served side to side with their leaders, and have been of great support to them as well as the congregation.

Pastor Manuel has traveled on ministry trips with Apostle Rios to the United States. They Rincon’s are part of the apostolic ministry team. They are also serving as couples counselors, teachers, and they are helping on discipleship classes for new Believers.  

God has blessed them with a beautiful family of three children: Manuel, Alondra and Daniela. All of them are happily married, and have blessed them with 5 beautiful grandchildren.

Richard & America Cruz
 Assistant  Pastors 

Assistant pastors Ricardo and America Cruz, gave their hearts to the Lord in the year of 1994, having just started their marriage. As time went by their hunger for God grew and so their love for the people. They are one of the founding families of the Church “Oasis of Faith”. Since then, they compromised their heart with the vision that God had given, working untiringly from the beginning.   They were ordain as Ministers at the end of year 2002 and later, after they have served faithfully, they were anointed as Assistants Pastors by the Apostle Ricardo Villanueva in 2005. As their commitment grew, they stood firmly as columns in the ministry of Oasis of Faith as of the Apostle Rios.

They have served as pastors of  the children’s Ministry, Deacons and in the Praise and Worship team, where at the moment, pastor Ricardo is the leader. Pastor America, leads the department of Drama and Dance, among many other areas where they are participating.

God blessed them with three beautiful children: Angelica Gabriela, America and Josue Ricardo, who from the beginning they have been taught to love and  respect the Lord. Even they are in their early years, they are already collaborating in some of the ministries of the Local Church.

Jaime & Laura Crispin
 Assistant  Pastors 

Assistant Pastors Jaime and  Laura Crispín have a big heart and commitment for the work of God. 

Having served in ministry since the beggining of the church, as a couple have become a pillar in the church and are experienced working in areas such as youth pastors, in the sharing of the Word, and teaching. they have served together in ministry for more than 10 years.As of now, they are working as leaders of the married couples ministry, among other areas like the multimedia department and the teenagers.

Brother Jaime have a Bachelor degree in bussiness Administration, and Laura is studying to obtain her bachelor degree in Education. She is also part of the church choir.

Jaime and Laura where ordained as assistant pastors on January, of 2008, but were ordained as ministers on the year 2003.

God bless them with 3 beautiful boys. Asael, Brian, and Kevin. An even at an early age, you can see in them the call that rest upon them.
